Safe Harbor Pier 77

• This marina project was a complete design-build for Minto Communities as part of its Harbour Isle development
• It included 60 wet slips for vessels up to 60’ with CAT-2 hurricane-resistant aluminum frame floating docks with composite decking and related utilities, staging docks, a new marine fuel system plus a state-of-the-art 130-unit dry rack storage PEMB boat barn able to withstand sustained winds of 175 mph
• The project also included an all-new steel sheet pile seawall with a concrete cap, riprap, and various environmental elements
