Complete demolition & redevelopment of the old Evinrude/OMC Outboard Testing Facility on the St. Lucie River, including the planning, design, entitlements, and regulatory permitting for expanded marina basin and related amenities:

• 121-wet slip, hurricane-resistant, mega-yacht marina
• 456-unit CAT-5 hurricane-rated tilt-up concrete dry rack boat barn for vessels up to 50’ LOA including 660 Linear Feet of staging docks
• Waterfront restaurant/bar, ship store, dockmaster offices, fitness center, and mini storage
• All new site U/G and marina utilities

The project also includes 49,000 CY of dredging, installation of 1450 Linear Feet of new composite seawall and 1850 Linear Feet of 13’ wide floating concrete wave attenuator, and a new diesel & REC-90 gasoline fuel system with 60,000-gallon underground storage tanks.
