• Complete island redevelopment: pre-construction planning and design, incorporating renewable energy sources, environmental sustainability, ocean exploration, and research.
• Implementation of all new utilities (2MW Microturbine Power Generation facilities with LNG fuel farm, new WTP, and WWTP)
• Complete marina renovation and expansion to incorporate a state-of-the-art 90-slip hurricane-resistant floating dock system with a surrounding boardwalk to accommodate mega-yachts to 200’, a new 72,000-gallon diesel & REC 90 Gasoline fuel system, marina utilities, jetties, and breakwaters plus 215,000 CY of dredging basin & entrance channels.
• The upland phases of this well-known and unique island resort will feature 100,000+ square feet of new buildings along with the renovation of the finished project will include resort restaurants and bars, 58 cottages and villas, multiple pools, a world-class spa, fitness center, dockmaster’s office, ships store & dive shop, welcome center, tournament green, bonefish lodge, staff housing, and the renovation and expansion of the existing Chapel.
